Ndanai Sub-County Hospital recently conducted a comprehensive training session for healthcare workers on the use of the Non-Pneumatic Anti-Shock Garment (NASG), an innovative medical device used in the emergency management of obstetric hemorrhage.
The training aimed to enhance the knowledge and practical skills of clinical and nursing teams on the timely identification and stabilization of women experiencing severe blood loss.
Through hands-on demonstrations and case-based discussions, participants gained valuable experience in the correct application, monitoring, and safe removal of the NASG.
